Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Services. If you are a minor, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@iroly.studio of any unauthorized use.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and their content for your own non-commercial coloring and enjoyment. All content, software, and trademarks remain the property of iRoly or its licensors.

iRoly uses a one-time credit model — there are no subscriptions. Credits are used to unlock content and premium generations. There are two separate purchasing channels:

• Website (iroly.net) — credit packs and à-la-carte books are paid via Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout, may be denominated in Japanese Yen (JPY) or your local currency, and include or exclude taxes as indicated.
• iOS app — credit packs (for example, Entry, Standard, and Power packs) are sold as one-time, consumable purchases through Apple In-App Purchase. The price and number of credits for each pack are shown on the purchase screen. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account, and Apple’s terms and refund policies apply.

Credits and digital items have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are consumed when used.

Website purchases: if you are not happy with a book, we offer refunds within 7 days and return the credits to your wallet. iOS purchasesare handled by Apple — we cannot grant refunds for App Store transactions; please request them through Apple’s report a problem process.

You retain ownership of colorings, posts, and other content you create. You grant iRoly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and reproduce your content solely to operate and improve the Services (for example, showing your posts in the community feed).

When using community features, you agree not to post content that is:

• unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing on others’ rights;
• sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable;
• spam, malware, or deceptive.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users, consistent with App Store Review Guideline 1.2.

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, scrape, or misuse the Services, circumvent security, or use the Services to violate any law or third-party right.

The iOS app is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple Standard EULA”), together with our End User License Agreement. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and iRoly only, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, iRoly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app or on the website and take effect on the updated “Effective” date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
